Warranty Commitment
All equipment comes with a minimum 12-month whole machine warranty. During the warranty period, we provide free repair and replacement of parts damaged due to quality issues, and promise lifelong maintenance service. For parts damaged outside the warranty period, we only charge cost price.
Remote-First Diagnostic System
All Huacheng export machines are equipped with standard remote after-sales service function, supporting visual adjustment. Our technical personnel can remotely operate the machine, view operating parameters and diagnose faults from our headquarters in Shanghai, while local operators can also perform simple independent operations through the touch screen human-machine interface.
